Decrypt your code.

Paste a Squawk Code to reveal what's inside. Encrypted messages, waitlist invites, or something else entirely.

Some codes are burn-after-reading.
Behind every code is an encrypted message, a private invitation, or a surprise. Some can only be opened once — there's no way to tell until you try.

The server stores nothing but ciphertext it cannot read. No accounts, no logins, no trace. The code is the key. Burn after reading.

How This Works

This isn't a demo. Messages are encrypted with AES-256-GCM using your Squawk Code as the key. We store nothing but ciphertext we mathematically cannot read. Lose your code, lose your message. No recovery. No backdoors. No exceptions. But that's kind of the point.

What is Squawk?

A voice-first communication platform built for people who take comms seriously. Multi-feed voice, real encryption, hierarchy when you need it. No surveillance, no bloat, no compromise.

Whether you're calling targets in a fleet fight, coordinating a 40-man milsim op, running airsoft on the weekends, leading a LARP war council, pushing mythic raids with your guild, or just someone who believes your conversations are nobody else's business — Squawk was built for you.

Killer Feature
Simultaneous Multi-Feed Voice
Command left. Squad right. Forward together. Two or three live voice feeds at once, each positioned in your stereo field so your brain can separate them naturally. Priority ducking drops squad volume when command speaks. Per-feed PTT or VOX — your choice, per feed. Nobody else does this. It's been the most requested feature in gaming comms for a decade.
⌘
Killer Feature
Squawk Codes
Twelve characters. Infinite possibilities. A Squawk Code can carry an encrypted dead drop, a feed invite, an op briefing, or an in-game reward. Orgs use them for recruitment. Players trade them like contraband. The server can't read what's inside — only the code holder knows. So maybe don't lose it.
⊞
Killer Feature
Structured When It Matters
Hierarchy on demand. During ops: feed trees with broadcast from command, priority ducking, and layered coordination. After ops: flat feeds, everyone equal, no rank in the way. No more maintaining a dozen empty channels for the one night a week you run ops. Structure is a tool you pick up when the mission calls for it — not the architecture you're stuck with.
◈
Identity
Your Callsign. Nothing Else.
No phone number. No photo ID. No real name. Pick a callsign, authenticate with a passkey or OAuth, and you exist. Someone sends you a Squawk Code? Click it and you're in — no account required. We don't need to know who you are to give you comms nobody else can touch.

Privacy
Nobody Else's Business Is Our Business
Your voice is encrypted before it leaves your device. Our servers route packets they literally cannot open. No key escrow, no backdoors, no “we updated our privacy policy” emails. Mathematical reality, not promises.

Performance
Native, Lightweight, Fast
Native code. Not a web browser pretending to be an app. Squawk runs at ~60MB — your game won't know it's there. Global hotkey PTT, in-game overlay, Stream Deck support. Built for people who alt-tab as little as possible.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is Squawk encrypted?

We can't listen even if we wanted to.

Every voice packet is encrypted on your device before it goes anywhere. Our servers forward what they can't open — they're blind couriers. There's no backdoor, no master key, no way for us to hear you. Chat gets the same treatment on paid tiers. Real encryption beats the pants off a privacy policy.

What is a Squawk Code?

12 characters. Infinite possibilities. Zero trace.

A Squawk Code looks like this: XXXX:XXXX:XXXX. What's inside? Could be an encrypted message. A feed invite. An op briefing. An in-game Easter egg. You don't know until you redeem it. For encrypted drops, the code itself is the decryption key — lose it and the message is gone forever. The server only stores a hash it can't reverse and ciphertext it can't read.

Can Squawk replace Discord?

Not if you love ads and emojis all over your face.

For teams that coordinate — yes. Multi-feed voice that Discord doesn't have. Spatial audio that Discord doesn't have. Real encryption that Discord definitely doesn't have. Native performance at a fraction of the resources. And org tools purpose-built for groups that run ops, not book clubs. Squawk isn't trying to be a social network. It's trying to be the best comms tool you've ever used.

What platforms does Squawk support?

Anywhere you game. Anywhere you operate.

Windows, iOS, and Android at launch. Mac after. The desktop app gets the full experience — multi-feed voice, spatial audio, overlay, global hotkeys, Stream Deck. Mobile is first-class too — multi-feed voice with VOX through earbuds. Squawk on your phone is a real tactical radio replacement, not a stripped-down companion app.

Is Squawk free?

The free tier is the real thing, not a demo.

Multi-feed voice, full encryption, feed creation — all free. Paid tiers unlock custom callsigns, org tickers, synced encrypted chat history, and the full org toolset. We bill individuals, not orgs — your team's comms shouldn't depend on who's paying the credit card bill this month.

How does Squawk protect my privacy?

We'll never ask for your photo ID.

Voice is end-to-end encrypted at the frame level. All traffic routes through the SFU — nobody sees your IP. Auth is passkeys or OAuth — no passwords stored. No ID verification, no face scans, no behavioral analytics. On paid tiers, chat syncs as ciphertext we can't decrypt. If a government asks us for your conversations, we can hand them encrypted noise. That's by design.

What Happens in 80 Milliseconds

In under 80 milliseconds, your voice is captured, encoded, encrypted end-to-end, routed through a global relay network, decrypted on the other end, spatially positioned in your teammate's headset, and played back. You'll never notice. That's the point.
